Acceptance and age

By using Erb you confirm you are 18 or over and agree to these terms. The app asks you to confirm your age on first launch. If you are under 18, or do not agree, do not use the app.

What Erb is — and is not

Erb, operated by Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we", "us"), is an informational directory of licensed herb houses — the cannabis dispensaries regulated in Jamaica by the Cannabis Licensing Authority (CLA).

Erb does NOT sell, deliver, reserve, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis in any way. There is no cart, no ordering, no menu, no pricing, and no checkout. Every purchase happens in person, at a licensed shop, subject to Jamaican law and that shop's own rules.

Not affiliated, and not endorsement

Erb is independent. We are not affiliated with the CLA, with any dispensary, or with any brand listed. A shop appearing in Erb is not a recommendation of it.

Accuracy of listings

Listings were compiled from publicly available sources. Opening hours, addresses, contact details, categories and licence status change, and entries we could not fully confirm are marked "Unverified". Always call ahead. We do not warrant that any listing is current, complete, or correct.

Not legal or medical advice

The guides in Erb — how buying legally works, the FAQ, and the strain material — are general information written for a Jamaican context. They are not legal advice and not medical advice. Cannabis law differs by country and by parish, and penalties for taking cannabis across a border are severe. You are responsible for knowing and following the law that applies to you.

Your location

Location access is optional and used only on your device, to sort shops by distance. The app works fully without it, and your location is never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Erb lawfully. Do not use it to arrange unlicensed sales, to supply anyone under 18, or to scrape or republish the directory.

Price

Erb is free. There are no in-app purchases in this version. If a paid feature is added later it would be sold under the app store's billing terms and announced before it takes effect.

No warranty / liability

Erb is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a listing or guide, from your dealings with any shop, or from your own use of cannabis.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version at this address before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
