You can delete your Partna account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Partna and go to the Me screen.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your profile, the partners you created as banker, your uploaded proof photos, and your device cache are removed.
2. By email request
If you have already uninstalled the app, email support@hemiogenic.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and put "Delete my Partna account" in the subject. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted, and what is kept

That last row matters. A partner draw is a shared record between several people. If we erased your entries from a partner you only joined, the other members' books would no longer add up. So we anonymise your entries there rather than delete them.
No money is involved
Partna never holds or transfers money, so deleting your account does not move, refund, or affect any funds. Anything owed within your partner remains a matter between you and the people in it.
Backups
Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll over, after which it is gone.
