By using Partna you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Partna is — and is not
Partna, operated by Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we", "us"), is a record-keeping tool for partner draws (susu / rotating savings). It tracks hands, throws, confirmations and draws.
Your partner, your responsibility
A partner draw runs on trust between its members. You choose who you save with. We are not a party to any partner, we do not vet bankers or members, and we cannot recover funds. If a member fails to throw or a banker fails to pay out, that is a matter between the people involved — the app's record can help settle the facts, but we are not responsible for any loss.
Accurate records
Bankers and members are responsible for the accuracy of what they record — throws, confirmations, proof photos and draws. Don't mark a throw confirmed unless the money was actually received.
Acceptable use
Use Partna only for lawful savings circles. No fraud, scams, pyramid or "blessing loom" schemes, harassment, or impersonation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
Partna Pro
Optional Pro features are sold as in-app purchases under the app store's billing terms. Pro changes what the app can record and remind — it never moves money.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add (names, notes, proof photos), but grant us a licence to store and display it within the app to the members of your partner so the shared record works.
No warranty / liability
Partna is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your partner draw, the conduct of its members, or your reliance on records in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version at this address before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
