Who we are
Partna digitizes the Jamaican partner draw (susu / rotating savings) — tracking every hand, throw and draw. It is published by Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Data we collect — none on our side
We do not collect, receive, or store any of your data on our servers. Partna has no online account and does not transmit your information off your phone. The records you create — the name and phone number you optionally enter in your profile, the partner circles you create or join (partner name, hand amount, frequency, join code), member records (names, draw positions, throw/confirmation status, arrears), proof photos you attach to throws, and the in-app activity log — are all saved only in local storage on your own device.
How your information is used
Your records are used only by the app, on your device, to keep the book of your partner: who threw, who's confirmed, whose draw it is, and what the pot holds. Nothing is uploaded, processed in the cloud, or used for advertising. We have no access to it.
Storage & security
All data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage. It is protected by your device's own security (lock screen, encryption). Because the data never leaves your phone, there is no server, no cloud database, and no online login to be breached. Reminder: amounts in Partna are bookkeeping entries only; no funds exist in or pass through the app.
Sharing
We do not share your data with anyone, because we never receive it. Your records are not shared with other members, with any server, or with advertisers, and we do not sell your data. If you invite someone over WhatsApp, that message is sent by you, from your own WhatsApp account; Partna only hands the join code to your share sheet.
Your choices & deletion
You stay in control of your data at all times. You can edit your profile, leave a partner, or delete any partner from within the app. Me → Delete account permanently erases your profile, partners, proof photos and activity from the device. Uninstalling Partna also removes all of its data. Because nothing is stored on our side, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Children
Partna is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version at this address before it takes effect.
