Acceptance
By using Tek It you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Tek It is
Tek It is a venue, operated by Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we", "us"), that connects people giving away or selling items. We are not a party to any transaction. Pickups, payments and exchanges happen directly between users.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your listings, messages, and any deal you make. Describe items honestly, meet safely, and follow local laws. You must own or have the right to give or sell what you post.
Prohibited items & conduct
No illegal, stolen, dangerous, or restricted items (e.g. weapons, drugs, live animals where prohibited, recalled goods). No harassment, scams, spam, or hateful content.
Content licence
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant Tek It a licence to display it within the app so others can discover your listings.
Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. You can report listings and block other users from inside the app.
No warranty / liability
Tek It is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any item or transaction between users.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version at this address before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
