Jamaican Ludi — Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hemiogenic Interactive ("we", "us") for the game Jamaican Ludi on PC and mobile. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Who may play

Jamaican Ludi is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or exploit the game or its content except where the law expressly permits it.

3. Virtual currency and items

• Coins, gems, and in-game items are licensed game content, not property. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for money or real-world prizes.
• Jamaican Ludi is a board game. Entry-fee matches and randomised free rewards use virtual currency only. The game is not a gambling product and offers no real-money wagering.
• Purchases of virtual currency are final except where the store's refund policy or applicable law provides otherwise. Purchases are processed by Steam, Google Play, or the App Store under their terms.

4. Your account

Your anonymous player account is created through Unity Gaming Services. You are responsible for activity on your account and device. You can delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page); deletion is permanent and forfeits remaining virtual items.

5. Fair play and conduct

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, botting, or tampering with the game, its network traffic, or other players' experience.
• Nicknames and anything you communicate in the game (including voice chat) must not be abusive, hateful, obscene, or unlawful. Voice chat is push-to-talk and is heard live by the other players at your table; mute and block controls are provided.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and remove offending names or content.

6. Availability and changes

Online features depend on third-party services and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update the game, its content, and its virtual economy at any time. We may update these terms; continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
