Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: November 2026

1. Introduction

Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website hemiogenic.com and related game services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with our games.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address submitted via our contact form
  • Any messages or communications you send to us

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Send you updates about our games, releases, and company news (only if you opt in)
  • Improve our website, products, and services
  • Analyze usage patterns and website performance
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect against fraud or unauthorized use

4. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website. These may include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. theme preference)
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the site

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may embed or link to third-party platforms, including:

  • YouTube — for embedded trailers and videos. YouTube's privacy policy applies.
  • Steam (Valve Corporation) — for game pages and widgets. Steam's privacy policy applies.
  • Google Play / Apple App Store — for mobile game distribution. Their respective policies apply.
  • Social media platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Twitch) — linked from our site. Their policies apply when visited.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

6. Our Mobile Games and Apps

Our games and apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store each have their own privacy policy, linked from the store listing and from inside the app. Depending on the app, they may:

  • Show ads — through partners such as Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and Unity Ads, which may collect your device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP-derived coarse location and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. Where the law requires it, personalized ads are only shown with your consent. On iPhone and iPad, the app asks permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA is used for tracking.
  • Offer in-app purchases — processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a purchase receipt (product, transaction ID, date) to unlock and restore the item, never your payment card details.
  • Collect analytics and crash data — anonymous device identifiers, device model, operating system and gameplay events (for example through Unity Analytics) to improve the app and fix bugs.
  • Save progress and scores online — an anonymous player ID (for example from Unity Authentication) links cloud saves and leaderboard scores. It is not tied to your name or email.

We do not sell your personal information. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), and change ad consent inside each app. App-specific policies:

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Your Rights
